In our Packages & Membership, the Once Paid amount is not refundable. No loyalty points will be awarded on membership or packages. Packages redemption can’t be combined with any offers. Also, Our package’s currency can’t be redemption on product purchases.

We welcome the all-gender to our Shaakya Salon & Spa. For Salon services all age-gender are welcome but In Spa services, we restrict the age under 18 years because of legal issues which could arise. Minors are allowed to visit our spa with the consent of parents or guardians.
We strongly don’t allow for pets and your personal valuable ornament items. We will not be responsible for your personal ornaments that might be misplaced or lost. So, it’s better you kept your things at home which are important for you.
Clients are required to inform spa staff of any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or concerns that may affect their ability to receive certain treatments. The spa reserves the right to refuse service if a client’s health conditions pose a risk during treatments.
