1. Membership Activation

Membership is confirmed only upon 100% advance payment.
Post purchase, you will receive an activation confirmation. By activating your membership, you agree to all applicable Terms & Conditions.

2. Validity

Each membership plan is valid for a fixed duration from the date of purchase (as per plan).
Validity is non-extendable unless explicitly stated.

3. Usage & Redemption

  • Membership benefits can be redeemed only at the outlet where the membership is purchased unless specified otherwise.
  • Services are subject to availability and require prior booking.
  • 24–48 hours advance booking is strongly recommended, especially on weekends and holidays.
  • Redemption is allowed only after activation (within 24 hours of purchase).

4. Service Deduction

All services availed will be deducted from your membership balance based on the current service menu pricing.

5. Individual Usage Policy

  • Memberships are primarily designed for individual use.
  • The number of users allowed per day (if applicable) depends on the specific membership plan.
  • Each user may avail services up to the allowed duration per day as defined in the plan.

6. OTP & Contact Verification

  • Redemption requires an OTP sent to the registered mobile number.
  • Services cannot be availed without OTP verification.
  • The same contact number must be used throughout the membership period.

7. Non-Transferable & Non-Shareable

Membership benefits cannot be transferred, shared, or gifted to another individual unless explicitly allowed under the plan.

8. Non-Clubbing of Offers

Membership benefits:

  • Cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions
  • Cannot be used on already discounted packages

9. Non-Refundable Policy

All memberships and services are:

  • Non-refundable
  • Non-exchangeable for cash or credit

10. Gift Cards & Products

Membership balance cannot be used to purchase:

  • Gift cards
  • Prepaid cards
  • Retail products

11. Appointment Policy

  • Prior appointment is mandatory
  • All bookings are subject to availability

12. Carry Forward Policy

Unused balance may be carried forward only if membership is renewed within the specified renewal window, if applicable.
Shaakya reserves the right to modify or discontinue this benefit at any time.

13. Membership Pause

Membership may be paused:

  • Maximum 1 time during the tenure
  • For a maximum of 1 month
  • Only with prior intimation to customer support

14. Code of Conduct

Shaakya Salon & Spa maintains a professional and respectful environment.
Any inappropriate, abusive, or unacceptable behavior may result in:

  • Immediate cancellation of membership
  • No refund under any circumstances

15. No Compensation Clause

Shaakya Salon & Spa will not be liable to provide compensation for:

  • Missed services
  • Unused benefits
  • Expired memberships

16. Health Disclaimer

Guests are responsible for informing the spa of any:

  • Medical conditions
  • Injuries
  • Allergies

Shaakya is not liable for any adverse effects arising from undisclosed health conditions.

17. Legal Disclaimer

By purchasing a membership, you agree that:

  • Shaakya Salon & Spa shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of services
  • All services are intended for wellness purposes only and do not substitute medical advice

18. Communication Policy

Only benefits, offers, and commitments shared via official communication (email or documented format) will be considered valid.
Any verbal assurances not backed by written confirmation will not be honored.

19. Right to Modify

Shaakya Salon & Spa reserves the right to:

  • Modify membership benefits
  • Update Terms & Conditions
  • Withdraw or discontinue any plan

at its sole discretion without prior notice.
