1.1 Validity
The Shaakya Privilege Pass is valid for 365 days from the date of activation.
1.2 Redemption
Privileges can be redeemed only through online booking using the registered email ID on the Shaakya website.
1.3 Non-Transferability
All privileges are:
- Non-transferable
- Non-refundable
- Non-extendable
- Not exchangeable for cash (in part or full)
1.4 Usage Policy
- Valid for single-user redemption only unless otherwise specified
- Only one privilege can be used per visit
1.5 Voucher Applicability
All individual voucher Terms & Conditions must be read in conjunction with these general terms.
Privileges are applicable only as per service, value, and discount limits mentioned.
1.6 Special Privileges (e.g., Birthday Offers)
Birthday benefits are subject to verification of registered details and valid ID proof.
1.7 Blackout Dates
Privileges are not valid on selected occasions including:
Diwali, Christmas, New Year, Valentine’s Day, Republic Day, Independence Day, and other specified dates.
1.8 Booking Eligibility
- Only online bookings are valid
- Walk-ins and offline bookings are not eligible
1.9 Service Availability
All services are subject to availability during operational hours at the selected outlet.
1.10 Pricing
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
1.11 Capacity Limitation
During high-demand periods (especially near expiry), redemption may be limited due to availability constraints.
1.12 Modification Rights
Shaakya Salon & Spa reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

All disputes are subject to the laws of India.

2. Reservation & Cancellation
2.1 Booking Process
Reservations can be made through the Shaakya website using your registered credentials.
2.2 Voucher Redemption
Activated vouchers and offers can be redeemed during checkout by entering valid codes.
2.3 Arrival Time
Guests are requested to arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment.
2.4 Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be informed at least 4 working hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of benefit.
2.5 Walk-In Policy
Walk-in requests are subject to availability and may not always be accommodated.
3. Spa Etiquette
3.1 Ambience
Guests are requested to maintain a peaceful environment by keeping mobile phones silent and conversations low.
3.2 Age Policy
Guests below 16 years are not permitted unless accompanied by an adult.
3.3 Prohibited Activities
Smoking, vaping, and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited within the spa premises.
3.4 Guest Conduct
Shaakya reserves the right to refuse service to guests under the influence of alcohol or any inappropriate behavior.
3.5 Personal Preparation
- Gentlemen are advised to shave at least 3 hours prior to facial services
- Disposable garments will be provided for comfort during therapies
3.6 Privacy & Comfort
Our therapists ensure complete privacy through professional draping techniques.
3.7 Hygiene Standards
Guests are required to take a shower before treatments and adhere to allocated time for steam/shower usage.
4. Health & Safety Considerations
4.1 Medical Conditions
Guests with medical conditions, injuries, or pregnancy are advised to:
- Consult a doctor before booking
- Inform the therapist prior to treatment
4.2 Wellness Disclaimer
All services are intended for relaxation and wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for medical treatment.
4.3 Liability
Shaakya Salon & Spa shall not be held liable for any injury, discomfort, or adverse effects arising during or after the service.
4.4 Code of Conduct
Any inappropriate, offensive, or sexually suggestive behavior will result in:
- Immediate termination of the session
- Full charge of the booked service
- Possible legal action
