1. Usage
Shaakya Salon & Spa gift cards can be used to avail a range of spa and wellness services at all participating Shaakya locations.
2. Validity
Gift cards are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.
3. Payment Security
All payments made through the Shaakya website are processed via secure and trusted payment gateways.
4. Non-Extendable Validity
The validity of the gift card cannot be extended under any circumstances.
5. Redemption Requirement
A digital (soft copy) or printed copy of the gift card must be presented at the time of availing the service.
6. Single Use
Each gift card is valid for one-time redemption only and can be used by a single individual.
7. Non-Transferable & Non-Exchangeable
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with any ongoing offers, discounts, or promotions.
8. Non-Refundable
All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.
9. Prior Reservation
Guests are required to book their appointment at least 24 hours in advance to redeem the gift card.
10. Service Availability
All services are subject to availability at the time of booking.
11. General Spa Policies
Standard spa etiquette, policies, and service guidelines of Shaakya Salon & Spa will apply during redemption.
12. Location Validity
Gift cards are valid across all Shaakya Salon & Spa outlets unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
