Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Shaakya Spa & Wellness, we value your time and strive to provide the best service experience. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for bookings made through our website (https://shaakyaspa.com) or offline.

1. Appointment Cancellation

  • Cancellations must be made at least 2–4 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
  • Cancellations made within this time frame are eligible for rescheduling or refund (as applicable).

2. Late Cancellation & No-Show

  • Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation.
  • No-shows (not arriving for the appointment) will result in 100% charge of the booking amount.
  • No refund will be provided in such cases.

3. Rescheduling Policy

  • Clients can reschedule their appointment once at no extra charge, subject to availability.
  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 2–4 hours in advance.
  • Multiple rescheduling requests may not be accepted.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only if:
    • Cancellation is made within the allowed time window
    • Service is not provided due to an issue from our end
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to:
    • The original payment method, if paid online via Razorpay
    • Or via bank transfer (if applicable)

5. Partial Refunds

  • If a client chooses to stop a service midway, no partial refund will be provided.
  • If service time is reduced due to late arrival, no refund will be issued.

6. Service Issues

  • If you are not satisfied with the service, please inform us immediately at the spa.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue, but refunds are not guaranteed once the service is completed.

7. Package & Membership Policy

  • All packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Services must be used within the validity period.
  • Expired services will not be refunded or extended.

8. Payment Gateway (Razorpay)

  • All online payments are securely processed through Razorpay.
  • In case of payment failure but amount deduction, refunds will be processed as per Razorpay timelines.
  • Shaakya Spa & Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by banking systems.
