Job Title: HR Operations Executive

Location: Bengaluru, India
Experience: 1 to 5 Years
Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations including attendance, staff records, onboarding, and employee documentation.
• Handle recruitment processes such as sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring activities.
• Ensure smooth joining and induction process for new employees across spa locations.
• Maintain employee databases, HR reports, payroll coordination, and compliance records.
• Monitor staff performance, discipline, grooming standards, and workplace policies.
• Coordinate training schedules and support employee development programs.
• Address employee concerns professionally and maintain a positive work environment.
• Support management in implementing HR policies, operational processes, and team engagement activities.
• Coordinate with spa managers to ensure proper staffing and smooth daily operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and employee management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally.
• Experience in spa, wellness, hospitality, salon, or service industry is preferred.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in HR Operations or Human Resource Management required.
